Our 5-Step Sterilization Protocol

We use Class B Autoclave Sterilization—the highest standard used in international dental practices.

1. Manual Scrubbing & Rinsing

Used instruments are first cleaned under running water using enzymatic solutions to remove blood, tissue, or debris.

2. Ultrasonic Cleaner

Instruments are placed in an ultrasonic bath that uses high-frequency vibrations to eliminate even the smallest particles.

3. Drying & Pouch Packing

Once dried, instruments are sealed in individual sterilization pouches to prevent post-sterilization contamination.

4. Class B Autoclaving

We use a Class B autoclave machine which uses pressurized steam at 134°C to destroy all viruses, bacteria, and spores. Each pouch is labeled with an autoclave cycle stamp to confirm successful sterilization.

5. Storage in UV Chamber

Sterile instruments are stored in UV cabinets until use, ensuring no contamination before your appointment.
